Tried & Approved: A 20-Minute Yoga Flow for Busy Days



Lately, I’ve been compiling a list of my go-to online wellness routines since people often ask about my personal practice. From movement and meditation to other self-care rituals, navigating the endless options online can feel overwhelming—especially when you only have a precious 15 minutes to focus on yourself.

 

Today, I tried a yoga video from a teacher called The Caramel Yogi. I’d never heard of her before, but after scrubbing through the video, it looked like just the kind of session I needed. So, I set up my mat, lit some candles and incense (partly for the ambiance, partly to keep the mosquitoes at bay), and tuned in to the afternoon soundtrack of birds singing outside.

 

The session, Yoga for Trust & Guidance, was a gentle yet refreshing 20-minute flow with no props required—simple, effective, and definitely making the master list!
